So its time for me to tune. I would like to know from the masses what I could most likely SAFELY get away with redline wise. Here are my mods.
I am thinking just 7k. isnt that about the limit for a stock motor?
M62 Supercharger w/ stock pulley or 3.0 pulley
36 lb injectors
Cobra heat exchanger
LSJ heat exchanger pump
LSJ Pacesetter header
AEM/NOPI CIA
2.25 RKSport (Magnaflow) Cat Back Exhaust
2.25 MagnaFlow Hi Flow Cat
2.25 DynoMax Resonator
Aeromotive AFPR
Racetronix Fuel Pump
Stage 2 Clutch
TO me the bigger determining factor is where the power drops off at. Not meaning the seat of the pants feel. Then determine the drop in rPM's for shifts to then determine what you need to rev to to not fall out of the powerband. This is where dyno is handy.
FU Tuning
make sense. No on out here in the PHX area will touch my car with HPT becuase they are all scared to fake a 2.5 tune. So i think I am going to go with Vince at Trifecta send me a base file, and work with his dealers out here to dial it in.
I run to 7 with a 2.8 pulley and I used brads virtual dyno and multiple phone apps and my power is still climbing at 7k.
