When using meth, is is tuning for fuel different, for example, should I shoot for a 12:1 afr instead of an 11.3:1 because it's higher octane and better?
Or should I keep shooting for my 11.3:1 (example) with meth?
Whatever makes the most power in accordance with spark advance. Time for a dyno.

you can run more advance timing with it, and it will richen it up so you can take some fuel out of it as well.

Honestly the only way to really tune in your Meth to gain the results that actually pay for the mod itself is on a dyno. You can run a tune on the highway using your knock logs and pyro and tune in/verify an advance gain...but to really make 100% use of the mod you need to run it on a dyno for the best results. Also, dont get carried away with the advance tuning unless you have a way to protect yourself if the system fails. ie: pump death, injector clogs, ect. IF your just throwing the system on with a moderate setup and run it only for protection and lower IAT's/EGT's all is fine. You should have a standalone or piggyback system with table switching capabilities if you plan on taking full advantage of the Meth and make a tune that requires it to be present to keep the motor together....typically that is alot further than most bother to do tho.

hey admiral...how much boost you running rite now...turbo or supercharger..
I've decided to learn it out a couple points to help the injectors out and play with timing with a butt tune. I'll get to a dyno eventually with it, but not until I have more experience tuning with it.
I'm using it more as a supplement to my injectors, not so much as a way of making a ton more power.
