i want to put a gm s/c on my car, i want to know there are any hpt tunes for the 02 ecotec. if i was to get the gm reflash would i be able to tune it or is it locked aswell?

GM reflash is locked. If you purchase HPT you have access to the tune repository and if there is nothing there for you, I'm sure that are many knowledgable eco s/c experts here that can get you started (K.Vega and Airtronics come to mind)
