I have been talking with the guys at EFI Live Support. They want to have their engineers take a look at the S/C Reflash for us to see if there's anything they can do with it.
They are requesting a file for the SC Reflash to take a look at. Im fairly certain nobody has been able to get HPT to read any of the Calibrations. Regardless has anyone made a binary file, export etc of the Reflash we can send to them? Is it possible to download it with the Tech2? They said and HPT file would work also.
I know this is probably beating the dead horse, but why not?

i want nothing more then to be able to tune a eco the right way.
I request the same thing from everyone and people don't respond but yet they bitch and moan when they can't tune their cars later on.....good old org.... go figure

People bitching about crappy tuning options is nothing new, and you aren't the only one who has been trying to figure out a solution.

im completely fine with HPT and its got my car running great. people even bitched when we didnt have HPT and now we have that and they still bitch because they dont continue to unlock stuff for our cars and instead keep working on vehicles that are going to make them a hell of a lot more $$

In two weeks I will have driven my car boosted daily now for a year just "fine" with HPtuners and an FMU. The fact remains there can be dangerous circumstances if you are tuning with HPT alone, and with using an FMU you lose precision especially in partial throttle/boost situations. There is still much room for improvement, and the problems only become worse running bigger injectors and bigger turbos.

no. if you kno what you are doing then tunning bigger injectors is almost as easy as smaller ones. Just getting the injector constant is a pita. Im currently tunning 750cc injectors and they idle/run just like stock. and I have a t3 60-1. no problems here. currently tunning on 7psi. I just ordered the snow performance kit and soon plan to be running 20psi. I was tunning on 14psi but the @!#$ty couplers I have keep going out so Ill have that taken care of soon. ps all without an fmu.

Wow I must not know what I'm doing, or maybe we weren't talking about tuning at WOT and idle?!? Ya know because thats the only 2 points that matter.

well I have tuned it for wot and idle and works great for me. and they aren't the only two points that matter, you drive part throttle a hell of a lot more than anything else. I idle at 15 my decision. partial throttle is 14.5 wot is 12. so obviously you don't know what you are doing. (smart ass). and when I first posted I wasn't trying to say you didn't know what you are doing. just the way I phrased it

Wow if I could just set my partial throttle to 14.5 afr all the time my car would run so much better!

well obviously you cant set it. but I tuned it that way and keep my car in open loop. and this is just like the org. someone is always trying to flame someone. I just wanted to put my 2 cents in from the beginning and you wanted to take it personally.

This is just an instance of someone trying to insert their EP333N (YoYo 8000cc 42psi nigga) into a thread who doesn't know the difference between running and running completely optimized.

Well I really hope that this happens. I too would love to tune that hole that exists when you are on the highway and you down shift into third and stomp it. You go nowhere because you are in high RPMs and have no boost yet.

it does suck that you cant sd tune the ecos. I can even use the gm reflash for the ld9 on my 2200. but what can you say its gm
