I was wondering if anybody knows where the crank pulley key is aligned with respect to cyl #1 TDC?
Not sure what you're asking, but at TDC the keyway is at 12 o'clock.

^That answers my question...I dont know how else to ask it. Just wondering "where" or rather what offset if any from #1 cyl TDC it was.
not 100%, but as Miller said it should be at high noon.
To make cylinder 1 be at TDC.
