Custom GO carts? NOT GOLF!! Anyone help!

Well I was diggin thru the shed today and came accross something.
Ok well was gona post PICS here but computers being gay and I cant upload em

Well its a Yubular frame for a go car and a fiberglass body thats made to make a Mini Prowler go cart..
Dad bought it for me YEARS ago to be a father son project at a Car show.

Well Im into new stuff now and hes completly out of the car stuff SO Im gona take it up

Im thinking Ull get rid of the body(dunno yet)

The frame currently has welded axils so it has NO suspenton

Howeveer I wana make Indipendent suspenton for the rear and a "link" from the front and load it up with 4- 3" wide 8" stroke air cylinders.
Then Ill use 4 manual 3 way valves, 1/4" lines and nitrogen(or oxygen) to fuel it all

Engine wise I thought of te whole super powered Hybusa(SP?) engine deal, but I dont need all that Just a small 12.5hp briggs and stration engine

Now my PROBLEMS ARE:
#1 Steering, Sience the front will have suspention now how will i get the steering rods to the wheels?
Idea: Make the steering "rod" Knuckle behind the wheel so it can move up and down and make the rod telescope so I can turn it but it can move up down and extend and mount it to the center of the axil for the front(make any sence?)
Idea#2: Use the steering from a Go Cart?

#2 Drive chain? With the rear moving I have no way to get Power from th engine to the axil
Idea: Make a short axil mounted to the frame under engine and use a knukle to run power to 1 wheel on a single A-arm (camber dosent matter)

Well leme know if anyone knows where any other custom go carts are or any info!

rip a honda sohc v-tec engine trans and wireing harness. make a sub frame and mount it. hack in some suspension, breaks, and axels. mount the comp under the seat. fiberglass in the guage cluster. make a header for it, grab an intake. paint it perdy.
