So i finally decided to just make a build thread.

So here we go: The Creator 8) And the Best woman ever that supports this build every step of the way!


Here She is as i got her from Hershey Motors, back in july 2008:




My very first mod was to get rid of the Bling Bling wheel covers:


Then came the unfortunate smashed up front bumper Thats what I get for NOT killing my neighbors cat.


Next came the painted wheels:


After that came the Autometer gauge pod:



Then a Full size spare:


Then I did the Intake with a K&N filter


Then It was Time for the 3'' lift kit:




Then this bitch decided to take 7 hours to come out:


But the end result was well worth it:



Then the Delta H-4 conversion:


Next up was the front OR Fabs tube bumper:



The end result:




And now we are up to the tires, BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO in 31/10.5/r15lt:




Rear sway bar delete:


And my Rock key finally cam in after weeks on backorder:

I used to have that same key for my TJ. I miss both my old jeeps, an XJ and my TJ. One day i'll have another.

Quite a few of my buddies have jeeps, Rubicons, ZJ's, JK's.

I wanted one forever, went to look at my favorite XJ of all time once, 99 Sport 5sp in Gold with the Gold wheels, had cash in hand but the guy lied and it was in alot worse shape than he said. Lots of rust......everywhere...lol

Ended up buying my current Yukon instead, still kinda regret that decision.

it will be a 4 door, have a 7 week old baby that we need to get in and out of the vehicle easily.

Grabbed a nice seat from the jy. It's from a '99 so there is a ton more side bolstering. I love being held in place!!!!

Many thanks Jeffie!!! Its amazing how tiny a 235 is compared with a 31''. But its my spare so its gonna stay unless I can find a good trail spare on craigslist.

Have you looked on cl for a set of trail tires.you should be able to pick up a nice set of mud or rock tires cheap on wheels,then you can really have fun.

^^ I have do that but lately it's been really slim pickings. Very surprising considering the Xj is 5X4.5

U should just buy a spare set of rims and then keep an eye out for the tires to come available. A set of 15x8 crager sift eights run less than 200 from summit or jegs. I.worked with a couple guys that bought multiple sets of 33 and 31 for around 200 like new.

I mentioned to tell u to my last set only cost me 50 and they were the black widows.

Trans cooler feed line was leaking. But...

Repaired, works good now. Also deleted the front sway bar. I actually like the way it rides much much better. I was a trucker for years and it actually reminds me of it a lot.

Any way good to go. YAY ME!!!
