I got a good deal with a real good guy here locally. I didnt want to pay all upfront since that would piss off my Alero so Im doing payments of 250 a month...total comes out to 1250. Honestly its only worth 900 or 1000 but since hes willing to work with me Im willing to give him 1250.

sweeeeeeeeet!!!!! not a j-body but oh well... ive always been a beretta fan. i have a 95 base model w/ 3100 at the moment but ive had everything from an 89 gt and gtu to a 91 gtz to a 93 gt so im well versed!
(and just cuz it's a 'gtz' doesnt mean lg0... they did come with 3.1's ya kno!

Yeah the option of swapping for a 3.1 was stupid. It was slower, had a 3-speed tranny

I've been waiting for someone to ask....well nothing big although I would like to turbo charge it. But its not gonna happen. I need a DD so I plan to just rebuild the motor and have her running like she should.

Yeah I would love to DD the Alero but I've gotten soo far building the LD9 and too late to look back now. But dont get me wrong Im still gonna rebuild the LG0 with forged internals and powder coat the engine. I also plan to upgrade the suspension and do some interior work. I also want to do something about the tranny.

1993 GTZ, Quasar blue quad
ive always been a fan of the cars, cheap good on gas, quick (the quads)
i actually wouldn't mind getting another one at some point. but only if it was the "right one"
I had a red 96 5spd base 2.2 OHV Beretta. It wasn't a bad car.
I really enjoyed that it didn't have the older @!#$ty door panels that like to fall off like my Aunts 90 Beretta GT.
Nice! I have an '88 GT in black, waiting to become something. There was one being sold just outside edmonton a while back, but it was on a reserve, and well, I value my life over a car, so I decided not to go for it.

Obviously since you have poured so much into the alero and it is kitted and lowered it would not be a good choice for a daily driver. You can still mod the GTZ some and enjoy the GTZ as a daily driver.
