I'm telling you guys... the U.S.S.A.
Oregon to Ban Aftermarket Car Parts
When Ppoliticians get stressed out they compulsively introduce rules and legislations, like a how a turrets guy says the word F**k.
However, I'd like for ONE of those guys to explain to me how making everything more expensive and complicated is going to help anyone? If people are barely able to pay their bills, they're not going to be able to buy only OEM replacement parts for their cars.
dude this has nothing to do with the current times more than it has to do with what they have tried to do for years now
Are you F'ing kidding me!?
I swear what ever happened to letting us vote on laws? How come politicians are allowed to make laws for us with out asking us if really want...or need them?

I vote to ban Oregon from the USA... this bill reads as a stepping stone for California style regulations
Was Oregon the state that tried to introduce mileage tax? Very lame.
And as far as the legislators making the laws, they were voted in by the people. I'm not saying you voted for anyone in particular, but the power is vested in them...
The only socialistic legislation over cars that I ever agreed with was the one where the government would add like 50 cents to the price of fuel but do away with basic insurance premiums. That way, just by buying gas you're paying for insurance and the more you drive the more you pay. Perfectly fair. That way everyone's insured.
This though? Totally retarded.

I don't think it'd be fair for my insurance rate to be the same as some 18 year-old girl who has had 4 wrecks in the last two years...
