Please explain...I bought a Toyota Corolla exactly for the opposite reason.
Nice buy though.
I don't understand what your asking. You bought at Corolla exactly for the opposite reason? What's the opposite reason?
Well..... You said GM was making a BIG step forward.
I bought a Toyota bacause I thought GM was making huge steps backwards... lol
Your SS looks great by the way...are those factory wheels?

He bought a Corolla, because in his opinion, GM is taking big steps in the WRONG direction.
That's beauty part of opinions. It doesn't matter if you both agree or not, you are both right.
**there is only one true love in my life... and my girlfriend has learned to live with it**
Color me jealous.
Very impressive car considering reviews, I'd tip my hat to GM on this one too. Funny because it doesn't have an import label it'll be bashed.
Oh well, enjoy it!

Ahh, I got ya.
Yeah, those are the factory wheels. Much better looking than the ones on the SS/SC Cobalts.
That car would be sweet with a small drop....and the stock rims.. makes me wanna trade my Explorer in now lol

If I'm not mistaken, all the 2.0 LNF cars are 5-speeds. I know in 2009 they are releasing a sedan LNF powered Cobalt. Dunno if they will have an automatic version then are not.
But back to your question, yes it's a stick and no, I have not tried the no-lift shift yet. Car only has ~500 miles on it. I will probably wait a little longer until I actually take it all the way to redline and try out the no lift shift.

Im sure whoever did the PDI tried it out and went to redline at least once.
Oh, I'm sure they did...But that doesn't mean I should go ahead and start beating her like a red-headed step child.
is that the 09 turbo one?
I really like the rims for stock wheels. Can we see some under the hood shots?
