I just bought a 98 eclipse. But the stupid headlights turned yellow. Does anyone know if I can clean them or do I have to buy all new head lights?

Before buying new headlights you should try PLAST-X from Meguiars. It's like a wax type of product.
When I bought my girlfriend's car I noticed the headlights where yellow-ish. I used PLAST-X and it worked great. I did the foglights also! Cost me 7$
And I use it on scratched CD's too
^^ great stuff but you will have to do it again in a 1yr. the yellowness will come back just a matter of time. but yes it does work and its more like 10-15 bucks here
try newspaper first. worked on my other car and my buddies. just wet it down and scrub
wet sand with very fine sandpaper or buf with rubbing compound
