Well today I was at work this happened to pull in....
$120,000 worth of 420hp of mid engine AWD Audi R8
So I decided to take it for a ride
Never in my life have I seen so many heads turns. I cruised around for a couple miles, stopped at the gas station for cigarettes and everywhere you go people just stare. Its nice seeing a car like this with a legitmate 6-speed manual trans, not paddle shifter crap. The exhaust note is awsome, the engine revs quick, the car is fast.... if I remember right the 0-60 is a little under 4.5 seconds. Beautiful car, its makes me sad to know I will never be able to afford one.
btw if your not familiar with the car its considered a dirrect competitor of the Gallardo. And since my camera phone sucks...

Actually, if I'm reading what I read correctly, VW owns Lamborghini and Audi (along with a few others) and Porsche owns the controlling majority (over 25
of VW. So who's competing against who now?
