Merry Christmas! I was just consolidating my old HD to my new computer and I found some long lost photos.. enjoy.
This was what I drove around in when I was stationed in Japan.
An MZ21 - 1989 Toyota Soarer 3.0 GT 7M-GTE
I REALLY miss this car... it was pure sport and luxury (power everything).
Mod list:

-HKS Green Air Filter
-3" Trust Exhaust System
-HKS Turbo Timer
-Manual Boost Controller
-Tein Suspension
-Enkei (I don't remember what exactly--maybe anyone here can refresh my memory about them)
-Potenza GIII tires

When I got back to the US, I went out and bought this:
2000 Chevy Cavalier. (I bought the car in a hurry for transportation so I didn't even care that it is FWD--and yeah, I know its a big downgrade)

That Soarer is really cool, I have never seen one. I like how the '80's had a lot of turbo cars!
Now, I could be wrong...and probably am. But I thought that was a military perk. that you could transport your car anywhere you wanted to?

Is that Soarer as similar to a Cressida as it looks, like it's a coupe and has a turbo engine, but still similar... maybe?
This Soarer is more similar to the MA70 Supras. It also has a 7M-GTE engine (3.0 liter inline 6 with intercooled CT-26 Turbocharger.
