My friend is selling his 1986 Camaro. I know nothing about these cars. It says Z28 on the side, and "Tuned port injection" on the back bumper. The body looks to be in really good shape, no visible rust. The interior is a little rough, seats are quite worn. Oh, it also has T-tops on the roof as well. Can anyone give me on info on these cars, what kind of engine is in it, etc.

I was one of them,
. Took a look at a '92 RS at a dealership, unfortunately it was trashed inside and out, and some (assume) problems with the engine as the dealer wouldn't let me drive it without buying it, so I cut my losses.

I really miss my third gen. I use to cruise a lot with my buddies 99 Camaro LS1, my buddies 02 Mustang GT, and me in my 91. Everywhere we went people would say something about my car. I really miss that thing =/ I'm thinking of doing a junk yard turbo setup on an Iroc. Either a 1992 Z28 or a 1990 Iroc. Third Gens are a lot of fun. Not real fast out of the box but its not hard.
Get one! I'm so glad I got one this week I can't wait to start fixing it up and give it a new life!
