Some of you may be aware that I recently
got rid of the Cavalier, the car that basically started it all. At about midnight last night I took possession of the replacement to that car...

booooooooo , not a chevy , not A CHEVY
LOL
Beautiful truck man, but I think you should've waited for the 2008 model as it received some nice improvements.
Congrats! Don't forget the Boca Jr shield on the rear window.

Nice, just a tiny bit less fuel economy though.
Nooooooo!! Not because its not a chevy, just because I dont like Nissan trucks...
I will admit, that does look pretty hot though...the yummy blue is my weak spot
Woot! My buddy has one just like that but it's White....very sweet ride Dave!
VERY nice upgrade, Dave. Can't say I blame you one bit. I LOVE my Pathfinder. The thing with NIssan trucks is they'll take a beating and keep begging for more. Do you have any more pics? What are your plans for it?
Keep us updated, and welcome to the Nissan truck family!!!!

haha seems about right
skyrocketing gas prices = buy a gussler
just kiddin, truck looks great, good luck with it
well he still has the vibe and sunflower
as long as he doesnt get in the slow lane going 10 under the limit , i wont run him off the road
lol
Very, very nice trucks. My g/f's brother-in-law has an '05; great power, good ride quality for a truck. First suggestion: Ditch the POS Wrangler SR-As. Ride quality will improve 387%.
Congrats!

the nissan VK56DE (5.6L V-8) is IN NO WAY related to anything Chevy- and that's prob. for the better. I'm not doggin' on Chevy, but they seriously need to catch up with the rest of the world on head technology- who the hell else still uses pushrods? the VK56 is DOHC, and the displacement doesn't even match up- 350cid is appx. 5735cc, while Nissan usually builds their engines within a few cc's of the quoted displacement- 5600cc is appx. 342cid.

Still, nice truck. congrats.
It's a looker! Never been in one, but I take a long look at one on my dog-walk route often!

very nice!!! although i'm partial to Nissans....
my dad's got an 07 Titan 4x4, fully loaded...that thing's a beast...
although i can spank it any day with my maxima
I hate Nissan for the most part, but 3 of their vehicles I like
Skyline (who wouldnt)
350Z
Frontier
Congrats on the truck, but I would never need to haul around an assload of stuff, so I wouldnt need a monster truck with a big ass v8 the size of a cavalier in it...

Other then the long bed and the Pro-4x, the changes were just cosmetic, and not very significant. At least not significant enough to justify less incentives to get (on the 07's they have either 1.9% or $3500 rebate, on the 08's its 4.9% or $1250 rebate). Although I would have loved to get the Pro-4x. I just couldn't afford it.

I have already ordered side steps (got kids, they need it), a 2" leveling kit and fog lights. I'll also be getting a tonneau cover and a speed grille soon. After that I'm not sure yet.

From what I heard from other people over the internet, Toyota bought the rights to the ls1 and made their own changes to it. Im not possitive on it just from what I heard from other people.
The engine as a whole? I'd give you better odds of the Aflac duck winning a Grammy than that. Maybe they licensed a certain part or process....
First I've ever heard of it, but I would take those comments with a grain of salt the size of K2. The engines are just too differant...
