Wow, hell of a restoration. Very well documented too, that car was a basket case when they started.

Talk about a rare car too.

1984 twin cam turbo factory class B rally car....that actually raced in 1985.

Lot of work for a show piece. But its probably in a Toyota museum somewhere. NOS is kind of a loss in a rally car, so I was wondering why they'd waste a trip computer in a drag car. Makes sense, Rally was a very different beast back then. Nice car, example of how shops make a lot of money working on cars.

I was going to say: If that were anything other than a Group B, I would have been buying a ticket over there to bitch slap them for being idiots.... It's a bloody celica... then I saw what they were doing... and figured it out when I saw the Audi S1. Kinda figured it was a road/SCCA/NASA type circuit car, but the Audi made it clear

Nice one Rizzo.

WOW That is the most amazing restoration I have ever seen in my life. I was thinking the same thing at first, WTF why would anyone want to restore that pile of junk then about 1/2 through I figure out why. I would love to own that car. And I would smack anyone for taking a piece of history like that out and tearing it up. I would like to shake that guys hand who redone that car.
