Okay So I have alittle bit of money to play around with and so I don't want to do anything else to my sunfire. I got a couple of cars soo far I've been thinkin bout I'm more into quarter mile racign and still looking good. Here the list of cars I've been thinking about also if you got any ideas please feel free...
- 1989-94 Nissan 240sx
- 90-93 Integra Ls
-89-92 civic Hatch
-91 Mr2 (maybe)
- CRX
Idk if anyone elsehas any ideas let me know I want it to stay in 4 banger or a v6
the 240 or mr2. there are tons of aftermarket for the 240,the mr2 im not sure of. if you want something different go with the mr2
maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow....... but some day
yeah just only 240sx I like are the hatches..
Actually been doing some research i really been looking at the ford thunderbird super coupes
the only two cars i would really ever do are dsm's and sr20 cars (in 240's or old dautsons). i would look into dsm's if you havnt, they are GREAT project cars. and if you have a reliable daily driver they become all the better. im really biased though if you look in my reg. haha but ive played with alot of cars and theres a reason ive kept with dsm's. but i do love the sr20 as well.

From reading your post and saying you are more into quarter mile racing, I would choose the civic hatch, maybe a 92-95 style would be nice.
If it were my decision, I would go for the 240sx. I've been working with my friend on his for years and I must say, I have so much fun driving that car. His is actually a coupe model with no options, even without a motor swap, the car was fun. He picked up a spare differential and welded the gears for some extra fun.
After the timing chain broke on the KA, we swapped in a SR20 and it is a whole different beast. A nice little straight line performer but is still a blast to break the rear wheels from time to time.
Have a good one,
Justin
Thanks for the replys so far and Kyle Kurtz I did have a dsm only problem is I'll probly love the project car after I finish it soo much I'll probly be driving it most of the time. And for 240sx's they are nice. Still debating on one of them. and I kinda like RWD i had FWD all the time and Kinda been looking at RWD there so much fun deffenly in my cousin 03 cobra. So That why I was loking at a Thunderbird Super Coupe and 240sx's is there any other options. Civics are deffenly nice I like the 90 body style all jdm but alot of people have them which makes it a down fall for me. and I do like tegs for soem r eason.
