New car for Jammit

Well i guess it was a matter of time till i went back into the car world again. I love my Suzuki trucks but i didn't need 2 of them. And i desperately wanted a classic muscle car as my next car. Really i wanted something with an auto and air that still had balls.

I did alot of searching and was literally about to buy a 1998 5-speed Z24 becuase i missed mine so bad. But....as i was driving over to give the guy with the Z his cash i saw this hot mama........

A limited edition 35th Anniversary Thunderbird Super Coupe. with only 68,000+ original miles (it came with ALL the service records up till last months oil change.) It's supercharged and automatic and already came with headers, true dual exaust...I just added a CAI on today.
The engine and interior looks like brand new, The body has a few very minor flaws...(but, hey it's 17 years old) It's got some serious balls for a 4000 pound small cow. But it's not for racing so i'm ok that it's not the king of all speed.

It's sort of like a muscle car only alot more comfy. I'll post better pics later.

I sold the red Suzuki truck in my sig...figured i'd get the most cash for that one. And now only have my white one for dogs, mountain biking, snowboading, or skiing purposes. But i still love it...it's like a 4WD Miata. They are a blast to drive.

Screw you! I looked for decent/low mileage SCs for months (before I bought my SCX...lord that's been ages), and couldn't find a damn one. Let alone one with headers pre-installed.

SuperCoupe! Yay!
Anniversary! Yay!
Auto...boo?

nice buy indeed... 210hp@4000rpm, 315ft-lbs@2600 rpm ,
RWD, 35.6 ft turning circle, and 3577 lbs according to edmunds.
I really liked your red sidekick, but I'm glad you still have the white one

Yeah alot of people loved the red one....that's why it was easier to sell. but it too was mint, and was a hard thing for me to part with. but i seriously needed a "car" and especially one that was roomy and comfortable. and I knew even though the white track/kick was equally clean, i'd get alot less for it. The picture taken was from May i think since then i put in 2" coil spring spacers so there is a bit more space for those tires to move, but i plan to lift her up properly too...eventually. I just couldn't leave the off-road world completely, i love hitting fun trails, mountain biking and hiking to much, and i needed a truck that can take me to those spots. A Thunderbird can't do that.
