Very first pic with the great big red arrow pointing to the female driver seated on the ground at the front of the car.
SHE was the driver. If you look closely in some of the other pics you can see her standing up talking with police so it would seem not a scratch.

holy hell, i'm used to seeing peices after a wreck, but not those kind of peices. how often do you see a rim with arm still attached, or part of a rotor, or a whole freakin engine?

That'll teach her to drive something that is way out of her class. Last summer my gf and i were pulling into an ice cream place and this 16 or 17 yr old girl tried to drive out in a brand new carrera GT, stalled twice, ground 1st. I always wanted to pull her out through the window and show her how to drive a real car.
