Figured i'd through a few of my Cobalt up on here. Non S/C w/ Inejen CAI, axle back exhaust, ecu tune, and S/C wheels. Currently w/ 159whp and 150wtq. Going to the track tommorow and hoping for some improved times. And boost is definatly in the future, maybe sooner then you/ I think .

And rims that are ordered along with sportline springs:

If you're planning on boosting it, why didn't you just buy an SS/SC in the first place?

4k less, less insurance, less gas, and a few other personal reasons.

the cars ive been looking at here the ss/sc is only about 1000-2000 more than the ss 2.4 is

and the way id want the ss 2.4 it would cost more than the ss/sc

either way i do like both

i do like the 17's better than the 18's though

Yeah you can get the ss/sc's cheap in some places but at my uncles dealership they were willing to drop the price more on the non s/c then the s/c since there's not a big problem selling the s/c.

Nice looking car but remove the license plate holder and fill in any holes that might be left over. Will look much cleaner with it removed. now it looks kind of queer, A plate holder and no plate. my .02

Yeah i'll agree about the plate holder lookin quer, haven't gotten underneath yet to remove it. Those rims, tint and rksport spoiler will be all thats done to the outside.

Went to the track again tonight. Last time i went the morning after my trip back from Detroit after getting my ecu tune, with all kinds of stuff in the car and stock tire pressure and ran 3 9.9's with 2.4 60fts. This time the car was empty, even took out the spare and jack and tire pressure was at 26 in the fronts. I had 6 runs w/ a few 9.9's and 10.0's and two 9.8's one with a 2.35 60ft and one with a 2.48 60ft so the car can definalty see 9.6's maybe dip into the 9.5's with a perfect launch. Cel popped on while i was there so have to see what thats about. Getting some lighter rims in a few weeks so hopefully with those and some more practice launching , i'll get closer to those S/C's.

oh yeah and for the highliht of my night there was a twin turbo v8 03 cavy, rwd, tube chasie true drag car 2300hp. it was crazy. He never could make a full run cause he couldn't ever get it to hook up good enough everytime he got into it, it got swirly on him. But he made a half run and did 5 flat.
