My mom and I were on our way to pick up little sister up from school, this hyundai went through a stop sign like there wasn't one. every1 seemed okay, except for the driver in the G6 he was really pissed off cuz he just bought the 09 g6.

Its probably gonna be a write off.

Sorry for the lack of updates, its been written off, they estimated 7k+ to repair it. They gave me 5,700, 250 gst credit and they let me take any aftermarket parts as long return the stock parts, I was only given a week after they ruled it total loss, so I didn't really have the time to find stock parts , I only manage to get the stereo, subs and rims.

I depends on the insurance company youre dealing with.

My cars only worth 1500 and I had a quoted $950 crease in my quarter panel so thats over 60% and it didnt get written off.

I know Geico bases it off the average value of your car in the current market. If your car cost more to repair than its worth, they will total it.
