Yeah... in the Sunfire!!! LOL!!! I don't have the pictures back yet but it was a blast. I was getting passed by Ferrari's, Porsches, BMW's, one Viper and an Opel. The funniest thing was these people in the exotic cars would oogle my car when they passed. I have like the only modded Sunfire in Germany! LOL!!!

The weather was bad and it rained for a minute so it delayed a lot of people from running. When I went it was dry as a bone for the first half and then... soaked for the back half. My car was a sliding mess. Ha ha ha ha. It was a blast. You name the car I prolly saw it there too. I saw a damn Delorian for god's sake, in GERMANY?! Oop, nope I take that back I didn't see any Silvia's. I did see about 15 different Skylines tho. They get old after about 3 of 'em.

Go ahead... tell me you're jealous.

They didn't give me a time... it's not like the dragstrip. I was no where close to ground breaking lap times tho. LOL

They don't give you a time?? I thought for sure they would. How do you know if you did better on consecutive laps??

Sounds like an absolute blast. Good stuff!

you have to time yourself. Remember the europeans don't expect handouts . Sounds like it was a lot of fun. Especially to the guys out there who are posting. "Saw some weird car on the ring, WTF is a Sunfire?"

A sunfire on the nurburgring is a disgrace. You shall burn in automotive hell for an eternity

Thats really cool though. Someday I'm going to make it over to germany and drive on the ring. I'm planning on renting at least an M3 or something so that I can get a decent experience.

Very cool that you got to try the sunfire out on the ring! Im afraid if I lived anywhere close I would have no money left, and probably no car after I got cocky .

I went 2yrs ago but I didn't get to ride the track! That area definately stays pretty damp! Rained about 8 days out of the 2 weeks we were there. Post pics ASAP as you get them!

And yea, you have to time it yourself! Once you record times that can place somewhere on their ranks you can PAY for an official timer to ride along with you!

I did it in a koenigsegg with an instructor. My father works in nordeschliefe from time to time and one of the people he works with intructs proffessional drivers through the course.
