why am i running 15.9 w/ the s/c when i ran a 15.4 without? although i had no interior and no spare no sub box and lower tire pressure when i ran the 15.4. i am having tracion problems now too. no first gear it just spins, and i am launching right. no top of second. but my mph was better with the s/c. 88 vs. 87 or 86 w/o. so what else could be the problem?

those 60ft's are TERRIBLE
they should be down around 2.1 - 2.3
get some drag radials and some stiff coilovers and shocks and you will see DRAMATIC results...

even without the supportive mods, I would like to think your car would be down near the 15 flat range...
even without traction your traps should be much much higher... at least near the 90mph range

Definitely some traction issues! Start with some adjustable struts, KYB AGX's if you drop less than 1.5", otherwise the Koni Yellows. Lowering springs will help also, lowers the center of gravity, less weight transfer to the rear. Then go with a front strut tower brace and sub-frame brace to help stiffen the chasis, even though it's a FWD, chasis flex still affects traction.
If you're really serious, get a pair of 15" or smaller rims and a set of drag raidals or even better drag slicks. With the power you're making you should do fine with a stock diameter(25") tire, you need more traction, not more effective gear.

Jacked up suspension can lead to messed up times. Drag radials are great and get better struts then you should be way better. And for the love of god, pay attention to the damn light tree, your R/T sucks balls. lol. Im sure you knew that though.

First thing I notice is your comment I am launching right. Well if you have too much tire spin then you are not launching right. Your 60ft times suck!!!!!, which would lead to bad times, but your MPH sucks which shows something is not right with the motor set-up. I'm running faster MPH all motor then you with a charger.

So true, but he does not have the mph to go with it. You should still have a good mph even if spinning, unless he is shifting too early.

did u ge tur stuff tuned when u put it on by a pro and dynoed? that can hurt ur car terribly if u dont get it tunned. u cant do it ur self and if ur not carfull and u do try it ur self, i hope u dont blow ur motor. tunning can easily give at least 20 or so extra hp by chaning stuff in ur computer. and ur 60 ft times do sux. get a stiffer shocks in the back that raise it allitle. it will give u more tracktion and less spin. i did it to my grandam and it helped alot with the trackion.
