Leaky injectors - difficult start when warm - wide open throttle just to get it to start.

As I was reading other forms and compatability websites, it showed me that only 1998 through early 2000 had compatable injectors.

Could I swap out injectors with fuel rail from a newer year, to make the whole system work again ?

Newer ones are more readily available , and cheaper than junk yard prices

Any thoughts ?
