maybe. since he already stated hes new, we should help the guy out and find some info.
As far as I know, no one has swapped a Cobalt SS motor in yet because it's just too much work, and not enough gain.
You'd most likely be best off to swap in an L61 Ecotec from either a cavalier, sunfire, ion and then turbo'ing it. much easier and just as effective, if not more so.
