my names jonathan, i live in toronto area and just saying hi
i used to have a cavvy awhile back (94 2.2) but that got smashed up on the highway (i'll show pics eventaully) then i went to a honda (87 accord hatch).
couldnt stand it, when it worked, it was alright, but nothing was that easy to wor on my self.
so i scrapped that project. was gonna buy a safari van or something like that.
then my boss bought a new truck and in the end i got his 99 z24 with 205k's for 1200 bux
shes black, with the gray interior.
i plan on changing the carpet on the doors to red leather or some material soon.
gonna debadge it, and get a nice chevy sign painted on the trunk around the key hole.
lots more to come of course
has a few mods already that i'll post when i know exactly what i know whats been done.
also just getting started on my sound system, couple orion 12's, (for now) just one fosgate amp powering both subs, and pioneer speakers that were already in the car powered by an older fosgate 2ch amp.
and all controlled by a clarion head unit.
when i finally find my camera from the move last night i'll post some pictures!
welcome to the Org.,one quick question why are you going to paint a Chevy symbol on the back if your planning on de-badging it?

thanks for the welcome, and it wasnt gonna be anything flashy, just something a little different.
still in the thoughts department tho, nothing even on paper yet
for the exterior im just planning very subtle things.
gonna focus mainly on audio and just a bit more on the motor.
it feels to me like it could use a bit more power on the low rpm's
and just wondering, has anyone got a picture of a black z24 with a different lip/side skirts on it then black?
im also playing with that idea if i want to paint that.
