Rencently changed the oil in my 02 fire 2200. It's the first oil change since I got my car 5 months ago. It never pinged before the oil change. I mean not so much as a peep, Now after I drive my car about every minute or so I get a sound like a dent being popped out of a soda can. It's really kinda bugging me since it never pinged before. Could it just be getting used to the new oil? I don't know what kind of oil it had in it before but right now i'm using Valvoline Max Life 5w-30. please help! thankx in advance.

how many miles were put on between the last oil change? where about is the noise coming from?
