I didn't know whether to put this in the transmission forum or newbies, but i was wondering about the limited slip differetial. I have to put a new syncronizer in my car cause it went to hell on me, and i saw the limited slip deal. I was wondering what exactly does it do and is it worth putting in my car? I got a 2.2 97 sunfire btw

If you are talking about the phantom grip, then if your transmission is out, and you can get one cheap, its a good thing to do. Its not exactly plug and play, there is some grinding involved. If your motor is mostly stock though, and is going to remain that way, then really its just a big headache and a waste of money.
