Haven't posted for awhile, my white 4dr that was Eco swapped ended up getting sold- too much frame rust, easier to let it go than fix. Sooo the hunt for a new car began, I found a 2002 Z24 sedan with a 5 speed for $1300, a Maryland car and was really clean.
The day I brought it home
Before I disassembled it
Worked out a deal for a built and boosted 2.4 for the sedan, didn't cost me any thing for the motor and turbo setup also got the seats too
Then it was disassemble time for the sedan
Pulled the motor apart to check everything, motor was not run in 4 years.
Mounted the Intercooler yesterday
Hoping to be finished before winter sets in
You know I'm a fan!
I want a ride when you get it all back together and tuned.
I know u are spencer lol now u need to get rolling on yours
Sweet, very clean sedan

Ditto.
Super clean sedan, I'm frankly jealous my sedan isn't that clean, but then again mine a daily, dubbed the FAMalier for hauling kids and groceries. LOL
Sweet pickup on the boost gear. Get it in the bay, and enjoy that clean boosted sedan.
Finished cleaning the bay, still have to respray the whole bay
Installed my Team Green LSD insert
Had some parts powder coated and ceramic coated
Before
After
Also scored a Bride seat from a buddy for free
Block will be back from the machine shop next week, so time to get ordering some more parts lol
Awesome car man! Clean and being done proper! Cant wait to see it running! Sedans are taking over !!! Lol
Very Nice!
GMR has got nothing on this
Awesome! I always get a halfie over 5 speed sedans.....sub'd.

UPDATE:
picked up my block and other parts from the machine shop last Friday. the block was bored .30 over, crank mains were line bored due to installing main studs.
Now i have to order some piston rings, head gasket, main and rod bearings and have the oil pan welded up. goal is to have the motor assembled by Christmas
I got my vert from Maryland. I kinda feel the need for a 02 blue sedan.
Parts are slowly rolling in lol
Had the timing housing and alternator case powder coated chrome - turned out great
After Christmas I can order he rest it need for the motor and then it's game time
How did I miss this?
