I finally have a header for the car, its a tsudo header, its used, but buddy gave me all new gaskets, I'm gonna start putting it on tonight
Congrats bud!
I got a used Tsudo header... all I can say is, you'll have to grind down one of the bolts to fit all the nuts back on
and
you WILL need to use all the nuts
and
MAKE SURE you seal it up well, and maybe even with some new gasket material around the new gasket
Good Luck

You DON'T HAVE TO grind the STUDS AT ALL
Place the Flange over the studs just enough to start to thread all of the nuts on, once they are all started then tighten them down in a cross pattern.
I might have to disagree with you buddy
I think it's the far right passenger side exhaust port, or the 2nd port in from passenger, the piping comes too close to the head, and you can't fit the nut on it even enough to start a cross thread

Thanks for the advice guys, me and dad have almost every tool imaginable so it shouldn't be too difficult

This is exactly right. You will have to grind down the farthest on the passenger side or you won't be able to bolt it on all the way. Rokn is also correct that you need to tighten them all down little at a time and move the whole header as whole forward little by little.
well, you guys said id have to grind down that one stud, i proved you guys wrong haha
cant wait to finish it up tomorrow
Looking good...but I think there is something missing on that header. But hey, I'm kinda bias to turbos now haha. Get that thing running so we can all go for a cruise sometime!
Remote mount turbo. He can have his shiny header and a turbo.

I must be giftet, we never grinded ANY studs, used all factory hardware.
well, the flex pipe decided to peace out, exhaust was dragging, gonna tie it up and take the bottom section of the header off when i get home and take it somewhere to have it fixed, its quite the piss off since ive only drove it 1.5 days with the header on and it already broke on me ffs
yep lol, gave me a headache driving it LOL
