I lost a lot of interest in my car for a long time..
But it's coming back to me, and parts are going on slowly but surely.
pics that I've had for a while.
wait whaaaaaa?
I'm actually getting off my a$$ and putting the mean greens on?
They rub my tires when I hit a bump, pretty bad. But only in the front.
So I' switching to 215's only up front tomorrow, if I hate the way it looks with 215's in the front and 225's in the rear I'll throw 215's on the rear also.
But I'm not worried about it looking bad because joe's car on these rims, with 215's, and basics dumped, it looked badass.
Oh and yes they're dumped now
Rear doesn't sit as low as I hoped. front looks good.
Next is the S/C
I'm ready to put it on I'm just clueless about the wiring of the tmap.
If anyone would like to PM me any info I would greatly appreciate it.
yes dump that biotch ! lol looks fresh bro.
screw changing to 215's just get spacers!!!!

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.

I would do spacers but they are already sticking out of my fenders, and I don't feel like doing studs.
And what offset are you guys running?
And thanks bobby
On my tein basics even with stock 16's on the front it would rub on the driver side I had to get a camber adjustment bolt and it fixed it. Just a FYI I have my fronts as low as yours and my rears all the way.
i'm running 225's on 17x7's with around a 40mm offset and no rubbing on superstreets.
previously had 225's on 18x7.5's with 42mm offset and no rubbing either.
shooting next for 245's on 17x8's with a 35mm but we'll have to see how that works out.
I got 35mm offset with a 19x9 on 235's and I dont rub at all but it is VERY tight.
About a piece of cardboard worth of space between the strut and the tire and no spacers.

funny you used that to describe it, mine is about the width of the cardboard backing of the package the tein wrenches came in.
Im thinking a piece a lil thicker then that lol but yea its a close fit for sure but no rubbing issues for me.

question, is that bead area, or did you measure outside of rim to outside of rim?

The GM build book has it how to wire the tmap.
im running 18x8 all round with 35mm offset in front and 38 in rear. lowered on ground controls and koni reds. fronts are all the way down, rears are at mabe 3/4s. my rubbing issues are at the top off the inner metal fenders. no liners for me.

Good news
No 215's for me.
ghetto rigged some spacers for the time being till my 5mm front, and 8mm rear come in
yay!
It's dumped all around, front looks really good, I am just really disappointed in how high the rear sits.
