some people aren't fortunate enough to live in an area where its warm all year long. So its hard to do mods in the butt fracking cold

I picked up this nice little heater at lowes and so far its worked AWESOME

My car sits out in the snow all winter long, but when I do have to do some work I travel to my friend's place and use his garage.

Hrmmm...

Well, I dont have any pictures- but I'll post anyway.

In our 2 garages... The 1 has a gas heater designed for heating a whole bigass house- we strapped some random duct work around the ceiling dumping air in various places.... It heats up our garage in like 5 minutes.

In the other garage next door- we are using an old school wood burning stove. My friend got it for free & we hooked it up- burning old pallets & free firewood we get from various places... It takes a little while to get going, but damn- it gets real hot... To a point where you can't stand closer than like 16" or your jeans start burning your legs. We cook hotdogs & pizza in it/ on it too which makes it extra good.

That is all.

portable industrial propane heater/blower. designed for warehouses with the square footage of my entire house. we had to rig up a thermostat to it cause it was actually OVER heating the garage.

I may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.

Awesome. I have a tiny heater out there right now, but it doesn't push the warm air from the coils at all, so it's worthless. That lil' thing looks like it could move some air! Your garage insulated at all? Mine isn't, and the rafters are bare, but I imagine in the space you're working it'll be sufficient.

No mods for me this winter... Paint jobs aren't cheap while being a full time college student.

So i'm saving for that while the car stays under her cover in the cold garage.
