Addco Sway Bar Installed, Dirt roads own me...

Well I have got to thank Wild Weasel for his install guide on his site. Without him my install probably would have taken a lot longer than it did. After the install, I had to take it for a spin. And all I can say is HOLY CRAP huge difference. The car sits so much flatter in a sharp turn and has a hint of oversteer. Now to the PICS!

Dirt roads own me ....

These will be the last pics before paint! Kit goes on next week! Thx for looking everyone.

Haha, yep, a ton of fun now, ain't it?

I just installed another one on a friend's car, though I was kinda pissed as they changed up the design. My Addco tucks into the axle, and I had to drill holes for the L brackets behind the strut mounting bolt.

I was trying to figure this out from his pics here. Has Addco changed their design to install the same as the Eibach bar, with the strut bolt?

Yep, sure did. I had no clue until I began his install. After looking at the brackets, and how the bar sat when tucked into the axle I realized it was designed like the Eibach.

Addco also forgot his D-bushings, so that cost him an extra $20 and a run to Autozone.

I had to do that on my install as well. Not to hard, just annoying when they could have mad it a lot easier.

So... Addco changed their design of the rear sway bar? I know from when I had one about 3 years ago it tucked IN the trailing arm.
