Well Im almost finished with my custom front bag setup, have 1 leak I have to weld up and pressure test but all is good!
However Im not happy with the speed of the bags or how low there going so Im swaping over to a custom Cylinder setup to get another 3/4" lower, and YES YES I KNOW OF THE DANGERS OF A CYLINDER SETUP ON MCFERSON! DONT worry I know What Im doing.
Hopefully the new cylinders will be here monday So I can start working on the mounts.
For the time being IM on the bag setup.
OH As some of you know BOTH my Viair 450's QUIT on me SO I called up Viair and orderd some parts and they got here today..rebuilt em both to new condition and Relocated em UNDER the car(sick of hearing them!!!)
The New tank and valve setup in the car:
Ill be swaping out the black tank with a nitrogen tank and Putting 2 3gallon chrome tanks inplace of the backseat along with a full size spare. Im also Covering the hoses with black and red loom.
Heres Why I need another 3/4" of drop:

And for those that I KNOW are gona ask when the cars bodywork will be done, Im working on it..with the car this low Ive run in to some comlications and have some stuff to work out and unfortunatly some repairs to make(I swear i didnt see that steel pipe sticking out the rd!) BUt NO fear! I AM GOING TO SHOW IT IN WHATEVER condition its in Oct 21st at Freakshow in Kingston NC!

Front Lip, this is laid FLAT, not lifting the back trick! As you can see the bumpers being held up by some gravel i need to sweep under the bumper and take some new pics, the panel you see on the right is the Skidplate(bulletproof glass) I have one on the other side but when the bumper broke I had to take it off for the repair I havent done yet
This is the side, another reason I need another 3/4" still have a little lower to go!
You can see I have some Bumper sag Ive got to fix, was gona put new braces in but decided the bumper will accualy sit on my undercarage frame and dragplate im making so that will fix that.
As you know the backend sits on the tire so Im wtill working on a way to slam that a little lower also!
Are you doing all this on those little 225/45-16 tires you have listed in your reg?

what a mess.. why dont you just do a uni drop?? a buddy dropped his delsol like that (basicly a bodydrop) lays body. that would be so much easier.. why would you do all that work then kit the car, and what the heck, why did you cut your rear deck out..
you want me to call it something other than a hack job?? post full pics. ha ha right now ur pics consist of a cut out rear deck, your airlines appear to be clear tubing from home depot and your "drag" block looks to be something off a table leg.

haha I KITTED the car BEFORE I decideed to slam it! NOT to mention a Unibody drop is FAR more Difficult than a custom air setup.

I just ran the vent hoses from the compressors to the spare tire well(to keep dirt mud ect out) and also relocated my check valve under the car to get it off the tank.
Still no shipping info on the cylinders, I hope they shipped em today or I wont get em till next week! ARRR.
Also Picked up a new relay for the compressors(although I need 2 so i gotta order another)
Picked Up my fiberglass so I can fix the front bumper and start gettin it ready for primer(finally) I think I have my problems with the kit solved, I'm just gona rhino line the bottom Lip before paint so when I lay it out it doesn't f up the paint, as far as the fact the cars lower than the kit I think with it laid out flat it will only push the bumper up an inch max and with everything together I don't see it breaking anything...gona run a few test runs before primer to be sure but Ill see.
Anyone got any ideas for a Pivoting upper mount for my cylinders, I have an Idea now but its a pain in the arse and it seems there's got to be an easier way. IM thinking Ill make a fitting on the lathe about 2" long that will screw into the top port on the cylinder then have a"ball" shape to it that will sit inside of a Teflon coated ball "cup" on the bottom of the plate. Only problem with this is that puts the weight of the car on the fitting and I dunno how safe that is, altho..hmm I could weld a plate to the fitting that will push on-top of the cylinder when screwed down that would direct the weight to the plate.
bah I dunno il figure it out when they get here!
Oh yea quick question does anyone know if its safe/legal to Fill a Nitrous tank with just plain nitrogen? what about oxygen?

Brandon said it best and I really believe that to be not b/c I am a suck ass business man. I believe that along with brandon when building my own, or working on a customers car I believe quality is the name of the game. You want to talk about the vertical door deal?? maybe I ate 10k worth of hinges so I wouldnt be sending out JUNK hinges, paid another 10k for some QUALITY ones. I dont know why all these people that dont have a god damn clue want to bring this up..
