I'm a supervisor at UPS - I don't know if you have done it yet but theres a form you can fill out online at the UPS website or a # you can call in which you can claim a damaged package - they will come pick p your package, inspect it and give you your $ back.

I have looked at the form and am in the process of figuring out if I will be doing the paperwork or if the shipper will. When a refund is given it is given to the shipper so, I have to hope I can even get them at the price I bought them, since they were limited overstock quantaties at that price.

Hopefully everything works out, just frusterating to come home and be excited to install something to find its shattered like crazy.

RK jut got back to me and they are taking care of the paperwork, and sounds like they were gonna be able to ship replacements asap. Glad things seem to be looking up.

Yea, people have to understand with UPS it's not just the driver....a single box probably goes through 10-35 people before the driver even delievers it

^ yep and some people to give a rats ass how they treat it. Especialy on the unload. I was TOLD by people who trained me to just yank the walls down rather then get the stand and get the boxes.
