I took off two days of work to get my motor swap all taken care of and done with for the car show. All of my friends besides for one backed out on me. Since it was more than a two man job, we decided to work on the widebody and taillight conversion. We started around 3pm yesterday and are still going. I am taking a break from the fumes to post some pictures while Joe takes a nap. Here's how far we've gotten today:
The meanest front end that I've ever seen on a J-body.... Blitz molded and eyelids molded on my fire front.
Mean doesn't stop at the front of the car.... a better view of the custom widebody and my padawan learner taking a nap.
PS: I love naked asian girls.
Getting there.... a close-up of the scoops almost done.
Shaving the old tag box off the drift bumper wasn't much of a task but most of it had to be done by hand because of the angle at the bottom.

Exactly how the other side began life.... It isn't much to look at right now but give me the rest of the day and it will be as pretty as the other side.
Since the motor was put on hold, I will be debuting that, the custom front widebody and the full custom fiberglass dash at the J-body bash!

^^^^^^ 2.3 Quad 4 High Output with a custom T4 set-up bolted to it and LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of fuel/ignition/computer mods... plus nitrous....
I'm expecting to lay down 400ish to the wheels. look in my registry for MOST of the mods it has, I haven't updated for a little while.

I am airbrushing Woodstock from Charlier Brown in that spot when the car is painted, for now I am just keeping the drawing. With the recent work, I had to sand over some of it but I will put it right back.

You really want to do that to your car? I understand that you loved your dog, but there is a better place to show that than the trunk of your car.....
^^^^The car is FULLY getting airbrushed... it will work out... the bird is going to be goasted into the orange righ tnext to part of the airbrushed graphics. It also isn't going to say anything, it is just going to be the bird.
The driver's sidee is done! I will post some pictures probably around 7ish
