in this pic the bumper looks tweaked. actually it sat on a stand during the bake cycle... so it's "out of shape" right now. it will even itself out
thanks for the comments thus far guys
nice looks like the color from the orange cav on the home page
I like it.

looks good man.. only complaint is that you started 3 THREADS for the SAME THING!! woulda been better if ya just updated the original..
with all the time and money that goes into a whole new paint job.... why stock bumpers? and why are the handles still black? i could understand stock bumpers if you want a more conservative look, but you already blew that with the brightass orange paint, so you might as well have put a full kit on in the process. Im also iffy about the fitment of the spoiler where the mounts arent flush. but anyways, the paint does look sweet. much better improvement from the way you had the car before. nice job cleaning it up.
they were 3 seperate events...
primer, jambs and complete! plus im an attention whore
geeds, ill get a pic of my 02 yellow cavalier and his "pull my a$$ over orange" theres quite a difference
I'm guessing that the color looks alot different when its not under them flouresent lights. Thats how mine was cuz it looked yellow under the lights and bright orange any other time. Get some good shots out of the garage!
Rear bumper looks warped like u mentioned....i dont think its going to go back to normal, looks pretty fudged up, and also u should have glassed the wing to make it fit better to the trunk, or maybe mounted forward or backward more so it fit better. Like they said also, u should have painted hte handles. I still dont understand why u had the whole car painted and didnt even wait to get a kit or something....THere would have been alot of things i woulda saved for before i went to the paint shop, but looks good none the less! Good paint.... I Say just a IF Front and rims even would finish that whole car up quite nicely!
how do we know the handles didnt get done?
all i see for now is holes, so maybe they were done and not put on yet??
if you didnt do it, shame on you lol
Is it this color?

ok, yes the handles are still black..... why?? i couldnt tell ya. we took them off and didnt think about them until we put them back on.
we were tight on the deadline as it was.... today was the last day we could work on it, and we almost finished it up yesterday. we got snowed out today... IN MAY!!
ok, the spoiler.... doesn't fit right. your observations are correct. it came off of a mazda mx6 and doesn't fit the car..... yet
we had too many projects.. including fixing the body work to get done before anymore customizing.
we painted the whole car so that it got done. we had a shop... we were guaranteed time to work on it, and the materials were dirt cheap. the car isn't finished yet, it still has one more coat to go over top of the clear. why didn't we finish it off you ask?? because he is getting a body kit, and hood this summer and we still have stuff to finish up. we painted the car because he didn't want it sitting in primer over the summer... with a chance of rusting out body work.
we did ALL the work on it, and will have more work done this summer.
why a complete???? because we had to paint something to get a grade
we say why not
Complete cost of paint and materials into this car thus far??? right around $600
need i say more?
looks awesome man. you guys did a great job.
just amazing man... that looks SO good... i cant believe thats even the same car i saw when i was there... unreal...
by the way miah... did you get my last email about dylan coming down there and what you found out about the booth and costs and everything...
