not tryin to steal a post here but ROBMOLLOY what size are those screens and do they seem big enough, i was thinkin bout gettin some visors with screens but wasnt sure if they would be big enough for me, thanks later

Well, I don't have pics yet b/c I haven't started my project, but I'm doin' a 14.1" drop-down in the ceiling from a Compaq laptop (the bottom half of the laptop will be somewhere else in the car). I was originally planning on putting it in the dash, but I would have to re-build the whole lower-half of the dash b/c a 14.1" won't fit in the stock dash. I might be buyin' a camera 2nite, so I'll take progress pics if I do
They are 5" screens, and being only like a foot away, I think they're fine. My buddy and I have played my PS2 on them, and they work great.

here is a project i have been working on, not yet completed.
and Ill bet you dont want to know the price on my screen. finding a 7 inch with a VGA input is not cheap.
