ok hes is the problem i was driving around and my lanyard on my key wrapped around the steering column when i was turning the result was airbag wires ripped out, horn no longer works and a few bent plastic pieces, does anyone have a wire diagram of the steering column... http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=45&i=83332&t=83132&p=1 pic is halfway down the page. do i need to replace that thing in order to get the horn working again?

Not sure on the wiring other than theres a wire that comes through your steering wheel, black in color, when it touches metal or ground it will honk the horn, make sure it's plugged into the airbag part the of the wheel , I believe theres a connector on the end of it , should clip on

Yea i kinda got it figured, i just mounted a push button for the horn, in the lighter spot works like a charm
