will a dash from a 96 cavalier fit a 2000 sunfire i dont care if it has chevy emblems or pontiac , i had a small fender bender and blew both air bags and was just wondering if my 96 cavalier parts car dash will fit my 2000 sunfire , wiring and all that stuff.
You would have to replace the entire dash assembly and move the hvac but other then that yes

cavalier dashes suck stay with the sunfire that piece by the winshield in the cavy is the devil
would it not be easier to find a set of good airbags to replace the blown ones?
you may also want to look into the door panels. i think the sunfire ones stick out into the dash area more then the cav ones do, but i could be wrong.
i would just replace the air bags but when they blew they broke the dash a bit. it is kind of back about a half inch or so on the passenger side. that is why im thinking of putting in the cavalier dash in if it would fit. or can the dash just be put back into place.and then replace the air bags and get the sensor changed.
