Whatt's the best way to go about fixing it?

go to a junk yard cut out a section of the cloth in a donor seat and glue it in the spot thats missing or just replace the whole seat that has the whole in it.
Like I said in the same thread you posted already,patch kit from dealership or autoparts stores

hehe, yea I ripped all that stuff out, I dont want to thread jack, I just never posted pics of what happened to my fire before... I have since gutted the rear of the car and started a custom enclosure setup, that just needs to be glassed and painted now and its finished... Ill have more recent pics soon, its no longer a wreck
