What could I use to take my metra dash kit and match it to my interior color. I was thinkin about using the dark grey interior dye stuff but wasn't sure it it would stay on there and not chip off or not. I'm tired of lookin at a black dash kit that stands out from the rest of the intrerior. I was just gonna scuff it with 600 and put a couple layers on till it matched up as close as possible.

I just wasn't sure if the duplicolor fabric and vinyl spray would work? I was just curious, also what you would do you prep before painting?

as long as your prep is good it will stick. all i would do is just wash it really well in a soap water solution then once its clean and dry make sure you dont touch it (grease on your fingers) spray it then clear coat it.
