I'm getting massive rattle from the instrument cluster when I'm driving. (2001 Cav)

I've tried tightening screws, stuffing foams, putting foam strips on the edge... etc. nothing works.

Sounds like the transparent plastic cover of the cluster rattles and generates noise... but I'm not sure. When I press the cover while driving, the similar noise comes from the inside..

I tried many things today, but no luck stopping it. It's been 2 years fighting against this noise.

Does anyone have similar experience and solved the problem? Please share any info.
