I REMOVED ALL THE INTERIOR INCLUDING BOTH AIR BAGS AND BATTERY BECAUSE OF CUSTOMIZING BUT NOW I BOUGHT NEW BATTERY AND WENT TO START CAR BUT WONT EVEN LIGHT UP DASH, HEADLIGHTS DONT COME ON, NOTHING ZIP, ZERO, NADDA, PLEASE HELP DID I FORGET SOMETHING OR WHAT

Did you plug the ignition switch back in?
DOES THE AIR BAG COIL ON STEERING WHEEL HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT
nope, not the coil. Mines not even in my car and its fine. Sounds like u got one hell of a mess. Did u check the battery, even tho its new. there may be something wrong with that. And retrace every step you took. Look how u took it apart. Check the fuse box to make sure u have no fuses blown. Takin out the air bag or the battery may have caused some kind of short that u dont know about yet. Thats all i know what to tell you. Good luck.

check your fuses, including the big ones that are in the engine bay.

ye, then check your caps button. lol
The ignition switch is the black box on the steering column directly across from where you put the key in. It should have thick wires coming ouit of it.
FINALLY, FIXED IT THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP, I JUST WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ALL NEW BATTERY CONNECTIONS AND WIRES AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP, THANK YOU EVERY ONE FOR YOUR TIME AND ADVICE
