does anyone know any sites that sell good quality racing seats, but wont cost me $900?
www.racingseatsusa.com
I ordered the skwirl's Corbeau fixed back seats from there. free shipping when you order a pair of seats. These are QUALITY seats, not the junk sold on ebay or ractive racing crap. expect to spend between $400-$800 depending on what you want. reclining seats are heavier and more expensive.. keep that in mind.
fixed back seats are cheaper and lighter, but if you have a coupe it'll be extremely difficult to get into the backseat
thanks thats exactly what im lookin for. do the seats usually fit on the stock brackets or would o have to buy some or fab my own?
I would try as many seats out before you buy one. They're all different shapes and sizes.

Aren't those the cheap ebay seats? I woundn't want to be in an accident with some cheap afgandaharian gooksteel framed seats. Seats are something I wouldn't cheap out on. I would recomend looking on a manufactures web sight and see who is a retailer in your area so you could swing by and get some seat time in to see what you like (pun intended)

matrix seats are garbage.
unfortunately in this instance, as the saying goes... "you get what you pay for."
