i have a after market wheel with a momo hub and i could not for the life of me put it on straight is it possible to do or do u have to get an alignment after install and i did not see how to hook the horn up if u can help me that be great THANKS

you will likely have to get a alignment to get the wheel centered.
as for the horn without seeing your wheel I would guess it has a connection on the back of the horn button. Then take the stock wire and round tube to connect it to the column. That is going off mine.

i did not see any wire wire there was a round tube tho i have a 02 if that helps

It is almost impossible to get your steering wheel centered with out having an alignment done.
