anyone know how to remove the headrest on the front seats, I want to remove the seat belt guides. thanks

Thread didn't work for me, so i just yanked and yanked at my headrests until they came out. Located the c-clip, re bent it and put it back. To remove the harness all you have to do is take a flat head screw driver and bend the small aluminum "toothed washer" and pull both of them off the posts.
Or go to your local GM dealer and ask them to do a GM global net search and find you the bulletin to remove the head rests its that easy!!!
