i have a mold for q sound like kick panels and wanted to see if anyone would be interested in a carbon fiber set

is this just the piece around the feet area? not the thresh holds? if so i may be interested also... coupe and verts thresh hold molding have different shape.
ok fiberglass would not be a problem and yes it just the foot area, the stock thresh holds would possible have to be cut. it would be for the coupes till i can get a vert piece to adjust it to
ill make a set but i dont have a j-to test fitment on so i might need a volunteer for the prototype, i should be done with the first pair in a week or less

one for an 8" 5 speed will be hard to do unless u got some low profile ones, but let me see how the 6.5 molds work out and ill try to make some for 8s if u can give me the depth of the subs ur running.
fyi i got the passanger side glassed and ready to pop it out and goin to be working of the drivers side tonight so satch pm me the address and i should be ready to ship sunday. they will be a quick mold so no full center cuz i plan on using a 1/8" wood ring for mounting in the real version

F.Y.I. - having gone through the process of customizing stocks Q-forms to fit my convertible, be advised that design a kick panel to fit in one of these properly you will need more than just the threshold. That's because there is extra structural reinforcement in the convertibles in the corner area (side and floor pan) where the panel would go
that makes that space differently shaped than in a coupe.
So will have to do measurements in an actual vert; when you do, you will find that the following changes need to be made to the lower perimeter of the stock Q form panel shape in order for it to fit snugly:
- The tweeter section needs to be trimmed on both sides so it is significantly shallower
- The section where the bottom of the panel curves down towards the floor also needs to be trimmed, in stock form it is too deep
- A gap that exists towards the bottom front (towards the firewall) area of the panel will need to be filled in.
I am interested....maostly in carbon fiber, but would take a set of glassed ones if the carbon fiber costs too much....let me know prices ASAP!
