Okay first off I have searched and I know that theres a millions threads about swapping leds in your cluster. I dont need to know how to do it or if it can be done. I've already taken the cluster apart. What I need to know is what size LEDs do I need to put in the cluster this is for a 2004 Cavalier cluster. Anyone that knows what size and where to get them would be very helpful.
led size doesnt really matter just as long as you solder it in correctly. the bigger the brighter =D

Well it does matter in a way because I soldered in an led from a flashlight just to try it and it lit for a second them went out, put in another and same thing and we put them in both ways. But then I took apart a 194 led I had lying around and soldered that in and it worked. So there is a right and wrong led for it. Oh and I put my cluster back together right after I took it apart and the gauges work fine.

size does not matter as long as they fit.
most leds are not 12v depending on color they take from 2.3-3 volts you will need a resistor of the appropriate value
