I really like the "4" gloss black strip along the bottom" it makes it look even higher off the ground.
is that a ridiculously fitting offset or is it just me?
i like the looks of the wheels though.

I lol'd
And not feeling the rims, not my taste, plus they look out of place on a stock base model. Maybe with a Z kit and paint the car black or silver to match one of the wheel colors, and slam it, then it'll look better.

Too gaudy, IMO.
Always hated that black bumper of death on the base cavs. Pawn those rims and use the $$$ for paint.
The old black rims where much better IMO.
Yeah lol no one said pinstripe.... 4" black strip along the bottom. I'm trying to find a tan/gold 2000+ rear bumper and a painted front bumper. I might paint the rims all black, I don't know what would match the silver.... Your right on that, but for this trade I couldn't pass them up!

I really like that rather than fixing or or even patching the giant rust holes you just painted it black.
Your car is not silver it's tan. Don't ruin those wheels by painting them. I'll trade you for my 18s.
Meh, not feeling those rims at all. Dont put these rims on your car Scott, I think it looks great with the wheels it has now.

The silver on the rims, my bad. The black paint is only temporary, I drive the damn thing everyday and live in MN, also keep in mind this is my @!#$ beater. I'm eventually just going to sell the rims, this is just good advertising. Thanks for those who shared their opinion nicely.

offset is way to low on those rims!

dude haven't you heard? low offset is IN right now durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I drive my car everyday all year and I live in MN and I drive 2.5 hours 5 days a week to and from work.
And off topic my car is one the stock wheels now, sold the ones in my sig a while ago.
And wtf is 1D? Last time I checked I was 3D.
It means a person only sees it their way, its a turn of phrase me and my friends made up.... idk. It seems anything not meeting the set standards on here gets flamed, and any "new members" get the same treatment. I've seen many posts on here not helping people but instead calling them idiot because they haven't searched, when if fact maybe they have and couldn't find an answer specific to their problem. Not every question get answered.
And not one person said "Damn you got those for....nothing pretty much?" Come on, a blown motor for these? I thought I would try them out, tires have ~80-90% tread left. I know they're gaudy ricer rims, and maybe I like them because no one else does. I have no money to fix the rust holes the right way as of now, at least I care enough about the damn thing to try to stop the rust from furthering.
Anyways.... sorry for venting... or criticism.
Do you have a picture of your current 18's? I like the clean white/black you have. I live 45 from Sioux Falls, Souther Dakota. I'm just here to make friends..
My future plans are: The front lip difuser from RKsport on a tan bumper, leaving the lip black. Then better matching the line from that along the sides like I have now, then to the rear tan bumper, also with the strip. -If anyone cares.... or has a polite opinion to share.

Hmmm, I guess that makes sense.
It's the internet. There is no reason to sugar coat anything you're behind a keyboard. You posted pics people will give their opinion, good and bad.
Pics Here.
Scroll through the above link for pics of my car. The silver ones are the current 18s.
I live outside of Willmar.
it looks like there's no lip on the rims at all, like the spokes are doing all the work. put the old wheels back on, Z24 kit, coilovers, and you'll have yourself one clean ass car... IMO of course

Really dont mind the new wheels. They just belong better on a not stock with plastic bumpers car.
